My name is Lisa Jowett and I live in Calgary, Alberta. My love for dogs began at a very young age. Before my family acquired a dog, I would walk, train and take care of the neighbourhood dogs when their families went away on vacation.

I first became aware of the Sealyham Terrier in 2006, when Valerie and Dave Burch brought their sealys in for grooming at the shop I worked at. I fell in love with the breed and in December of 2009 purchased my first Sealyham from Val and Dave, Winsomeways All Eyes On Me (Boudicca). I groomed and showed Boudicca to her Canadian Championship, which she received in 2011.

After doing considerable research, I decided to get my second Sealyham from Sally Hawks, a male (Whiskey). He is a son of Efbe’s Hidalgo At Goodspice (Charmin), the top winning Sealyham of all time. I showed (with some handling help from Laurel Skuba) and groomed Whiskey to his Canadian Championship, which he received in 2011. Whiskey won Best of Breed at the Red River Terrier Association in August of 2011. Watch out for Whiskey in 2012 in both Canada and the USA!

I decided to get a third Sealyham (Alice) from Sally Hawks. Alice will be my foundation bitch. Watch out for Alice in the ring in 2012!

I have a small hobby kennel with the goal of producing quality Sealyham Terriers. My focus is on health, sound temperament and conformationally correct dogs. My dogs live in the house with me, and travel to work with me everyday. Although they are show dogs, they are first and foremost my companions; their health and well being are what comes first.

I am a current member of the Canadian Kennel Club, Sealyham Terrier Club of Canada, American Sealyham Terrier Club, and the All Terrier Club of Alberta.

I breed primarily for myself, but puppies are available occasionally to approved homes. Please contact me for further details.
